COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Communications manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational audience in various industries and solve complex problems.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education, preferably in communications or in the field of advertising and PR
• At least one year of professional experience in PR and communications
• Effective written and oral communication
• Ability to work with a lot of information
• English and Hungarian  proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or above
• Attention to details and curiosity
• Live journalistic contacts would be a bonus
• You must have a higher philological education (linguist)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the NIX brand
• Create and translate text content for external audience (articles, interviews, notes, letters etc.)
• Realization of PR campaigns in media, communication with editorships
• Assist in media coverage of entertainment and educational events
• Keep track of current IT events in the region, the country, and the world as a whole
• Support the participation of the company on job fairs and different events
• Analyze competitors, research trends, and market development trends
