COORDINATOR OF CORPORATE EDUCATION CENTER

NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Coordinator of the education center in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

As a coordinator you will be responsible for all communication with our candidates and tech experts, education process in our groups and all organizational points, which will be necessary there.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of English, Hungarian and Ukrainian / Russian;
• Competent written and oral communication;
• Experience of organizing and managing events;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Planning, analysis and structuring of incoming tasks;
• Proactive approach to tasks completion, flexibility and multitasking;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently;

Responsibilities:

• Participation in building the learning process within the team;
• Documentation of project requirements, adjustment and analysis of current projects and creation of new ones;
• Assistance in organizing training events;
• Development of professional communities within our team;
• Communication with experts as part of the learning process, distribution of tasks, monitoring their implementation and solving problems that arise in the process;
