Tasks and responsibilities
- HR manager function and advisor of all function heads as part of the management team.
- Effective management of all HR processes through the entire employement lifecycle, such as:
- headcount planning and budgeting
- end to end recrutiment
- onboarding
- operation of performance management & succession planning
- organizing employee events, identify training needs and organize professional trainings
- build HR strategy based on KPIs
- employee engagement, creating and operating retention policy
- handling payroll preparations
- labor law advisory
- Create documentation and contracts for promotions, transfers, new hires and terminations
- Creating and updating HR policies
- Mentor managers on employee development and performance management
- Analyze data trends and metrics to support business decisions
- Internal and external stakeholder management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources
- Previous, at least 4 years of experience in human resources, 2 years in HR manager role, preferably in multinational enivironment
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluent English knowledge
