Tasks and responsibilities

  • HR manager function and advisor of all function heads as part of the management team.
  • Effective management of all HR processes through the entire employement lifecycle, such as:
    • headcount planning and budgeting
    • end to end recrutiment
    • onboarding
    • operation of performance management & succession planning
    • organizing employee events, identify training needs and organize professional trainings
    • build HR strategy based on KPIs
    • employee engagement, creating and operating retention policy
    • handling payroll preparations
    • labor law advisory
  • Create documentation and contracts for promotions, transfers, new hires and terminations
  • Creating and updating HR policies
  • Mentor managers on employee development and performance management
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to support business decisions
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources
  • Previous, at least 4 years of experience in human resources, 2 years in HR manager role, preferably in multinational enivironment
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, labor law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluent English knowledge
