Scrum Master

Your role by Zeiss Digital Innovation Hungary

We develop tailored, market-defining health and manufacturing solutions for our customers. Our high level of industry expertise and broad understanding of technological innovations, coupled with an agile mindset, ensure speed and creativity in the development of innovative ideas, for example for digital medical products, medical devices and research solutions for medical technology, life science and pharmaceutical companies.

You will use your knowledge and experience to help your Scrum Team achieve its goals in our agile projects. You will be jointly responsible for the planning and execution of all sprints. You will help the team to apply the Scrum process correctly and in doing so, steadily increase team productivity.

You will also help the team to get organised and take responsibility for achieving the project goal. You will establish constructive working and organisational conditions to ensure the project’s success and work closely with the product owner. As part of the agile community, you will continuously optimise the agile practices of the company.

You will also need the following skills and experience:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects
• Agile mindset
• A strong awareness of individual skills and the special qualities of different teams, preferably in distributed project scenarios
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment, integrity and a team-oriented approach to work according to the principles of servant leadership
• Analytical skills combined with strong organisational capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with an independent, proactive approach to work
• An active and confident command of English
• Certification as a Scrum Master is an advantage
• Professional background in software development with sound knowledge of relevant processes such as requirements management, quality assurance or continuous integration/delivery would be an advantage
